Kaufman Rossin in Miami is seeking a Manager-level Assurance professional to join our dynamic team. You will supervise large groups on multiple complex engagements, delivering high-quality services while guiding the engagement from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of public accounting Assurance/Audit experience, is CPA‑qualified, and can mentor staff. Bilingual in Spanish and strong communication skills are a plus as you work with diverse clients and teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in public accounting Assurance/Audit Services.
• CPA required.
• Experience supervising teams and leading entire engagement process.
• Expert analytical skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Adept at handling client relationships, independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Ability to work overtime during peak times of the year.

Responsabilités

• Provide management over a complex portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality services
• Manage engagements from start to finish: proposals, budgets, WIPS, timely billing and collection, etc.
• Achieve team and individual budget and performance objectives
• Maintain expert technical standards
• Proactively identify client needs by understanding their business and key risks
• Provide value-add services to clients on a consultancy basis, with cross-selling in mind
• Mentor, train, and develop staff
• Lead by example: demonstrate a positive, team-player attitude and professional appearance
• Seek leadership roles in professional, business, or community organizations
