Job summary

Kaufman Rossin is seeking Senior Auditors to join our Assurance Services team in Boca Raton, FL. You will oversee engagements from planning through issuance, ensuring quality and compliance with auditing standards, while coordinating with staff and managers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in public accounting, a bachelor's in accounting, CPA or eligibility, and strong analytical skills. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, and the firm offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in public accounting assurance/audit services.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred
• Experience drafting/reviewing financial statements
• Experience with planning, executing, and reviewing engagements
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to handle client relationships with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire audit engagement from planning through issuance

• Review, train, and oversee staff progress
• Effectively communicate the status of audit engagements with management
• Act as liaison between staff and client

How You'll Contribute:

This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures, as well as the capability of assessing engagement risk and audit risk.
