• Bachelor' s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA license required.
• 7+ years of progressive public accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial statement audits and assurance engagements from planning through issuance.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, advising on accounting, reporting, internal controls, and risk management.
• Oversee multiple engagements, manage staffing, budgets, scheduling, and profitability.
• Review workpapers and disclosures for technical accuracy and GAAP/GAAS compliance.
• Provide leadership on complex accounting and reporting matters while advising teams on standards.
