Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate for Non-Profit & Healthcare to coordinate day-to-day in-charge duties of planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up, including preparing financial statements with disclosures and applying GAAP as needed. The role serves as the client contact for routine questions, helps train staff, and acts as the main liaison with BDO RISE, while coaching junior team members.

Required: Bachelor's in Accounting, 3+ years in public accounting, nonprofit/healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Three or more years of public accounting experience.
• Nonprofit and healthcare audit experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day audit plan and field work.
• Document and assess internal controls.
• Draft financial statements with disclosures.
