Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and ~2 years of related experience; or a graduate degree with ~1–2 years.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Sufficient coursework to achieve CPA certification.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to teamwork and leadership.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day‑to‑day contact for audit clients.
• Develop knowledge on current issues, profession and business developments relevant to the client’s industry.
• Build relationships and expertise with team members.
• Use technology to continually learn and enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance to assurance staff and participate in performance reviews.
