Job summary

BDO is seeking an Assurance Experienced Senior in Denver to coordinate day-to-day audit activities, lead fieldwork, and finalize financial statements with disclosures in accordance with GAAP. You will serve as the client contact for routine inquiries and may participate in reviews and agreed-upon procedures engagements.

The role requires guiding audit teams, applying GAAP/GAAS standards, and communicating findings to engagement leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics
• Three or more years of prior audit experience
• CPA exams pursued or completed encouraged

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day in-charge duties of planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.
• Supervise audit staff and review workpapers and conclusions.
• Communicate with clients and act as primary client contact for basic questions.
• Apply GAAP, GAAS, SEC and PCAOB knowledge to engagements.
