Qualifications

• 4-year degree in accounting or related field.
• Eligible to obtain CPA license.
• 3+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Leadership, project management, organization and analytical abilities; initiative and adaptability.
• Microsoft Office skills and proficiency.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients throughout the year to gather information and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise the execution of audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
• Assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Manager and Partner based on testing and data.
• Participate in learning and development programs and on-the-job coaching.
• Network to build relationships internally and with clients.
• Support growth and development of team members.
