The Senior Associate, Workforce Systems plays a critical role in supporting the delivery, testing, training, and day‑to‑day operations of the Workforce Management systems for LA28. Reporting directly to the Head of Games Time Workforce Systems & Planning, this role works closely with other teams within the Workforce team, as well as supporting functional areas across the organization to ensure systems are effectively implemented, documented, and supported throughout the workforce lifecycle.
The Senior Associate will support high‑volume system usage, assist in testing cycles, deliver training, and provide hands‑on support to users across the organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to gain exposure to large‑scale systems delivery in a Games environment, while contributing directly to the successful planning and delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The annual base salary range for this position is $73,000 - $98,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
