KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Workday HCM for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
  2. Review and map Workday business processes.
  3. Execute daily activities of Workday advisory engagements, including process design, lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  4. Review business processes and advise clients on system services within Workday.
  5. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
  1. At least three years of ERP, HCM implementation, and upgrade experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  3. Completion of one full Workday HCM implementation and Workday certification in HCM, Recruiting, Talent, or Integration (candidates without current certification must obtain one within three months of employment).
  4. Strong verbal and analytical skills, with the ability to produce publication-quality writing.
  5. Understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality.
  6. Willingness to travel as required.
  7. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
