Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Government Investigations/White Collar Senior Associate in Oakland, CA. The attorney will work with the Human Trafficking Compliance group and represent survivors in a Pro Bono Legal Clinic, focusing on federal investigations and complex litigation.

Candidates should have six to eight years of criminal and civil litigation experience, with a strong background in federal government investigations and a commitment to community service.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of experience in criminal and civil litigation.
• Experience in federal government investigations.
• Background or interest in agriculture or food industries preferred.
• Experience with corporate governance issues preferred.
• Active bar license in the state of application or commitment to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Defend corporate clients in federal government investigations.
• Conduct supply chain investigations and audits.
• Draft and review compliance programs and policies.
• Engage in internal investigations for companies.
• Represent survivors in a Human Trafficking Pro Bono Legal Clinic.
