What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Make proactive sales calls to agents to increase life sales and develop relationships
  2. Collaborate with Variable Life Product Consultants to create and execute a business plan for sales maximization
  3. Analyze sales performance and devise strategic plans for growth
  4. Provide expertise and product knowledge to agents regarding New York Life Insurance products
  5. Handle inbound calls from agents related to life products and case design

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  2. Minimum of 5 years of prior insurance or investment sales experience
  3. Strong oral and written communication skills
  4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  5. Must possess Series 6 and 63 licenses

  1. Exceptional relationship-building and sales skills
  2. Detail-oriented, well-organized self-starter with high energy and creativity
