PHM is seeking a Senior Associate, Video Investment to manage activation of video campaigns across Linear TV, Streaming, CTV, OTT, VOD and Digital Video. The role supports campaign setup, analysis, and delivery with buyers and internal teams, ensuring successful launches and ongoing optimization.
The position is hybrid with four in-office days per week, and requires coordination with Planning, Analytics, APEX, and media partners.

The Senior Associate, Video Investment supports the execution and management of video campaigns across the full video ecosystem, including Linear TV, Streaming, CTV, OTT, VOD, and Digital Video. Working under the guidance of the Video Supervisor or Buyer, this role is responsible for coordinating campaign activation, managing day-to-day execution, maintaining buying systems, and ensuring campaigns launch and deliver successfully. The Senior Associate partners with internal teams and media vendors to resolve issues, monitor performance, and gain exposure to all aspects of the national video buying process.

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $66,360.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
