Job summary

BRG Corporate Finance – Turnaround & Restructuring in Chicago seeks a Senior Associate to support client service teams on engagements, including financial modeling, 13-week cash flows, and transactional work. You will prepare analyses and client-ready deliverables while collaborating with BRG experts and client contacts to drive engagement success.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in consulting or professional services, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of work experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
Experience in financial modeling and analysis using Excel, including 3-statement models, cash flows, and scenario analyses.
Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with junior and senior team members and clients.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day activities of BRG Corporate Finance – Turnaround & Restructuring client service teams on engagements.
Execute multiple tasks across engagements including modeling and client presentations.
Develop 3-statement financial models, cash flow models, and pro-forma scenarios.
Collaborate with T&R and BRG experts, professionals from other firms, and client contacts to meet engagement objectives.
Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
Contribute to marketing, client pitches, and product and practice development.
