Vetted Solutions seeks a Senior Associate to support complex client engagements within Business Tax Services, guiding planning, execution and monitoring to ensure project success.

You will help manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables, while collaborating on charters, execution plans and risk strategies; travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; CAPM or PMP strongly preferred or pursued.
• Proven ability to deliver objectives in fast-paced settings with strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and Project is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of three years’ project management experience in a professional services environment, with skills in business modeling, management consulting, or process improvement preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Certification in CAPM or PMP is strongly preferred or will be pursued.
• Proven ability to deliver objectives in fast-paced settings with excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and Project is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
