Senior Associate, Tax - Integrated Partnership Solutions

Responsibilities
  • Provide tax consulting and compliance services to operating partnerships for clients including Fortune 100 companies, private equity firms, and family offices.
  • Review and ensure quality control on transaction calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and other partnership lifecycle events.
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams focused on high-quality consulting, reporting, and technology design in areas like compliance, BTS, SALT, and M&A.
  • Implement standard technology and processes, applying tax technical knowledge to client scenarios.
  • Stay current with tax practices, technologies, and tools; contribute to market activities and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • At least three years of recent experience in partnership federal and state tax compliance within an accounting firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong technical aptitude, quality service mindset, critical thinking, and proficiency with MS Office and tax software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
