Senior Associate, Tax - Integrated Partnership Solutions

About the role: KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice. You will provide tax consulting and compliance services to operating partnerships for clients including Fortune 100 companies, private equity firms, and family offices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide tax consulting and compliance services to operating partnerships.
  2. Review and ensure quality control on transaction calculations, partner economics, tax distributions, and other partnership events.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on high-quality consulting and reporting, including technology design and industry knowledge.
  4. Implement standard technology and processes, applying tax technical knowledge to client facts.
  5. Stay current with tax practices, technologies, and participate in development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience in partnership federal and state tax compliance at an accounting firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong technical aptitude, quality service mindset, critical thinking, and proficiency with MS Office and tax software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
