Hearts & Science in New York is seeking a Senior Associate to join the strategy team in developing and executing media plans. You will gather and prepare information for plan development, stewardship, and performance reporting, while taking ownership of workstreams and outcomes.

You will work with data, collaborate with strategy and operations teams, and participate in client and publisher meetings to drive effective media investments.

Qualifications
  • Interest in the principles of advertising, marketing and media, with a foundational understanding of media planning and investment
  • Strong analytical thinking with competency in mathematical concepts and data interpretation
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT, with ability to manipulate and present data
  • Ability to learn media tools and software and apply them with limited supervision
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely, as well as communicate and interact professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 1–3 years of agency experience or relevant/translatable work
  • Hands‑on experience with Mediaocean (Prisma/DDS), Ad servers (Google Campaign Manager, Innovid), Excel/spreadsheet tools, Brand verification partners (IAS, DoubleVerify), at least one investment platform (Meta, Google Ads, DV360, etc.) preferred
  • Interest in and knowledge of sports
Salary

New York: $40,000.00-$75,000.00
