Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, CS, CE, or related STEM field and relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking highly skilled and motivated software engineering professionals to work in a dynamic classified environment to help us provide world class cloud solutions in support of programs that are critical to our national defense. Successful candidates will join a development team in Ground Software and Image Science discipline, directly supporting solutions developed by L3Harris’s Space Ground Solutions (SGS) Group.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the states of New York and Florida is $74,500‑$138,500. The salary range for this role in Virginia (Greater Washington, D.C. Area) is $86,000‑$160,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company‑paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
