We seek an Associate Scientist to advance in vivo discovery experiments, manage vivarium duties, and collaborate across translational research, medicinal chemistry, and other disciplines. Expect mentorship and strict adherence to radiation safety protocols.

The role requires a B.Sc. with 3–4+ years or an M.Sc.

Qualifikationen

• B.Sc. with 3-4+ years of experience or M.Sc. with 1-2+ years in Biology, Pharmacology, Translational Research, Molecular Biology, or related discipline.
• Prior hands-on experience in pre-clinical drug discovery programs (industrial or academic) is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working with radioactive materials is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Design and conduct in vivo studies using CDX, PDX, and syngeneic mouse models to assess tumor growth, biodistribution, and therapeutic efficacy.
• Perform in vivo procedures: cell culture, implantation, sampling, dosing (IV/SC/IP/PO), and necropsy.
• Analyze data and present findings at team meetings and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and GLP/IACUC guidelines.
• Support lab operations, inventories, and documentation in notebooks and electronic records.
• Collaborate across translational research, medicinal chemistry, and other disciplines.
