Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Associate Scientist in Edison, NJ to perform field sampling, collect and analyze data, and prepare professional reports for diverse environmental projects.

You will work with a team to ensure field procedures are followed, data are accurately collected, and findings are clearly communicated to clients. The role requires a strong background in sciences, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective collaboration with technicians and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related field; 4–6 years of related experience.
• Ability to analyze, interpret and present data.
• Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Ability to carry out multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with electronic data-collection, GPS, GIS, data-management, and Microsoft Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform field documentation and sampling tasks for assigned projects.
• Conduct laboratory investigation and analysis as applicable.
• Research and compile relevant scientific information to support findings.
• Prepare clear, thorough, and technically sound reports of field and lab results.
