Senior Associate Scientist- Cell Engineering

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior Associate Scientist to join the Synthetic Biology & Cell Engineering team. You will contribute to the development of induced pluripotent stem cell-based disease models and potential cell therapies.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in vitro cell culture experiments, such as differentiation of iPSC to hepatocytes and hematopoietic stem cells.
  2. Perform assays including immunohistochemistry, qPCR, ELISA, flow cytometry, and Western blots.
  3. Manage in vivo mouse models, perform injections (intraperitoneal, subcutaneous, intravenous), and tissue dissections.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate cross-department experiments.
  5. Maintain thorough records, summarize data, and present results in various settings.
Qualifications

Must have a BS/MS degree in a related biomedicine field and 3+ years relevant lab experience. Experience with tissue/cell culture, cell-based assays, and in-vivo mouse work is required.

Salary Range
