You will apply molecular biology and cell culture expertise, drive data‑driven process optimization, and work cross‑functionally to deliver robust production processes.

The role emphasizes hands‑on experimentation, meticulous ELN records, and collaboration with purification, mRNA production, and analytics teams within a high‑growth vaccine program.

Qualifications

• BS with 3–5 years in industry/research or MS with 0–3 years in bioengineering/biochemistry/chemical engineering related fields
• Experience in aseptic cell culture techniques including passaging and maintenance
• Experience with flow cytometry and analysis software such as FlowJo
• Molecular biology techniques including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, ddPCR, RT-PCR, cloning, gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, western blot, ELISA
• Well organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Optimize cell line development workflows to improve expression, productivity, and protein quality
• Execute fermentation to characterize key performance indicators (cell fitness, growth, recovery, protein yield, purity)
• Analyze data to correlate input parameters with outputs (e.g., DNA sequences vs protein yield/quality)
• Present data and conclusions at cross-functional meetings and contribute to internal/external reports
