Baker Tilly US is seeking a Senior Associate, Capital Formation for the Development Advisory team. You will evaluate renewable energy transactions, build financial models, and analyze project economics to support capital deployment decisions across multiple energy transition technologies.

You will collaborate with tax and energy teams, manage due diligence, and prepare Invest­ment Committee materials while navigating a changing regulatory landscape.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree required.
• 3 years professional experience required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience building financial models (3-statement and tax equity) and cash flow projections.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate investments in renewable energy infrastructure using financial models and project economics analyses.
• Underwrite tax equity and project finance transactions to optimize investor returns.
• Collaborate with developers, legal, tax advisors, lenders and other counterparties to support transaction execution.
• Review development assumptions, engineering reports and diligence materials to identify key investment risks.
• Prepare Investment Committee Memoranda and materials for capital deployment.
• Conduct market research on financing structures and regulatory developments in renewable energy investments.
