CoLab, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Associate, Regulatory Operations to lead project work preparing promotional materials for MLR review in line with client and internal standards. The Senior Associate, Regulatory Operations is a project-level lead who is responsible for independently preparing promotional materials to be submitted to our pharmaceutical company clients’ Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review in accordance with both client specific standards and requirements as well as internal guidelines. The Senior Associate is responsible for tracking the progress of each project through the various stages of the MLR review process, advising on submission timelines, and following up directly with internal team members as needed.

Compensation Range: USD $25.94 - USD $38.36/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
