Job Description This position will support the SEC reporting process for non‑traded REITs in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, including collaboration with the REIT accounting teams, the third‑party fund administrator, and property managers, to ensure supporting documentation is prepared timely and accurately to streamline the SEC reporting process.
It is expected that the base annual salary range for this Chicago based position will be $110,000 - $135,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
