We are seeking an experienced QA Test Engineer/Lead to join our Service Technology QA team for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications in the FinTech ecosystem (Life Insurance / Annuity / Wealth Management). In this Test Lead role, you will drive testing efforts, optimize testing processes, and improve software quality across the organization. You will collaborate with project stakeholders and end-to-end testers, ensure adherence to standards and guidelines, and support the Development Manager in monitoring QA team performance and delivery metrics. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to enhance customer service processes.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of study
5-7 years of experience in testing software or technology support.
Experience in the Life Insurance, Annuity and/or Wealth Management (Brokerage & Mutual Funds) business is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM is a plus.
Strong knowledge of service business processes and technology is a plus.
Salary Range:$100,000-$143,000
Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
