What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships
- Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects
- Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax services and advice
- Build and manage client relationships while contributing to external market activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm
- Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or Master's in taxation (MST) from an accredited institution
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and knowledge of ASC 740
- Excellent advisory and compliance skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information
