Qualifications

• Understanding of NCPDP Telecom Standard.
• Ability to write, edit, and organize technical content.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and prioritizing features, epics, and user stories for pharmacy network products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs.
• Participate in agile processes to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Support go-to-market strategies and internal/external communications for new features.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and release notes.
