  • 3 years of experience in product management or product delivery within a software development environment.
  • Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery.
  • Experience defining and managing product lifecycle activities from inception through production release.
  • Experience translating needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience using agile delivery and issue-tracking tools (for example, Jira, Figma, or similar tools).
  • Ability to analyze product and delivery metrics to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and product stakeholders to manage dependencies and delivery risks.
  • Experience supporting product demonstrations for stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
  • Domain knowledge in authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.

As a Senior Associate, Product Manager - Delegated Experiences and Agentic AI in Trust and Security, you drive product work from strategy to execution by translating customer and business needs into clear requirements and coordinated delivery. You partner across disciplines to manage dependencies, prioritize outcomes, and ensure features are delivered with quality and readiness.   • AWS certification or equivalent cloud credentials
