Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to help scale our national small business banking platform. You will define, build, and accelerate digital capabilities to empower growth and manage risk with innovative tech, including AI/ML for fraud detection, while balancing security with user experience.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to craft features, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that drive customer value and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (Basic Qualification).
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management (Basic Qualification).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (Preferred Qualification).
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products (Preferred Qualification).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences (Preferred Qualification).
• Experience with web and client-side mobile platforms (Preferred Qualification).
