Senior Associate, Product Management - Finance Product & Data Solutions

Join Capital One as a Senior Associate, Product Management - Finance Product & Data Solutions.

This role involves discovering, delivering, and optimizing products that transform how our Finance team operates. You will partner with product and tech leadership to establish processes, tools, and ceremonies, and deliver insights using modern technologies and data services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create frameworks for prioritizing work to automate and optimize financial processes.
  2. Communicate and evangelize product strategy across the organization.
  3. Use data systematically to uncover opportunities and track performance.
  4. Influence cross-departmental agendas to deliver outcomes.
  5. Collaborate across teams to achieve goals.
  6. Transform ways of working and interaction models.
  7. Leverage product management discipline to improve processes and build a world-class organization.
Required Skills and Experience:
