You will lead risk governance for AI models, perform assessments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive model excellence while meeting regulatory standards and delivering business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• MBA or higher preferred
• Experience with AI/ML concepts beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead model risk governance for Gen AI and ML-based models across marketing, credit, and risk areas.
• Direct gap assessments and establish robust model risk controls to meet regulatory expectations.
• Conduct AI/ML research to explore opportunities to lift model quality and impact.
• Communicate results to partners, senior leadership and various model committees.
• 0-3 years experience in Large Language Models or data workstreams.
• MBA, Graduate degree in AI, Software engineering, or related fields from top-tier institutions.
