We are seeking a Senior Associate, Procurement Analyst to join our Global Strategic Procurement Team. This role involves driving procurement excellence through strategic sourcing, spend analytics, supplier negotiations, and process improvements to optimize costs, mitigate risks, and improve supplier performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and stakeholder collaboration experience. This role supports indirect category sourcing strategies and their execution, working closely with category leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support development and execution of category strategies based on market trends and total cost of ownership principles.
• Lead RFx processes and supplier evaluations to ensure competitive bidding and value.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring optimal terms and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance metrics.
• Reduce rogue spending through procurement governance.
• Build trust-based stakeholder relationships to deliver optimal vendor solutions.
• Define and report on procurement metrics, including cost savings and vendor performance.
• Develop procurement dashboards and KPIs to track sourcing performance.
• Leverage procurement technologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support financial planning by allocating savings and cost reductions appropriately.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Math, or Business preferred.
• Strong financial analytics skills required.
• 3+ years in Procurement, Spend Analysis, Strategic Sourcing, or related fields; consulting experience preferred.
• Proven analytical accomplishments with a financial background.
• Deep understanding of procurement industry cost drivers and structures.
• Ability to analyze spend data and market trends for data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of indirect procurement categories and supplier management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with eSourcing, contract management, and spend analysis tools.
• Problem-solving skills and initiative to improve procurement processes.
• Ability to set and develop cost savings targets aligned with business goals.
• Influence and negotiate effectively across organizational levels and with vendors.
