Harbourvest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking a Senior Associate, Client Marketing to develop targeted marketing campaigns for the Global Private Wealth business. This hybrid position offers flexibility with remote work days, emphasizing collaborative execution across teams while delivering consistent results. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing experience with a focus on asset management or financial services.
This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

The Senior Associate, Client Marketing will shape and deliver coordinated marketing campaigns for HarbourVest’s Global Private Wealth business. This role translates fundraising priorities, product focus areas, and audience insights into targeted, data‑driven campaigns across global wealth audiences.
As part of a newly established team, the role will also support the development of campaign workflows, processes, and ways of working that enable consistent, scalable execution across regions. The ideal candidate is someone who is a strategic, hands‑on marketer who can develop campaign ideas and drive execution, fluent in wealth audiences with deep familiarity in the US market and the ability to apply insights across global markets, analytical with experience applying audience insights to refine targeting and personalization, highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across regions, teams, and approval processes.
Salary Range: $89,000.00 – $133,000.00. This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. Total compensation may include eligibility for long‑term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. The posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
