IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Associate for Private Equity and Hedge Fund Accounting (CFO Services) in Dallas to provide outsourced CFO support to hedge funds and private equity clients, overseeing accounting operations, reporting, and collaboration with auditors, administrators, and service providers.

You will perform financial modeling, NAV review, investor reporting, and prepare fund and management company financial statements while driving process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 4+ years in the alternative investment management industry; public accounting a plus.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with QuickBooks/OpenAir/Bill.com/Expensify is a plus.

Job Description

Provide outsourced CFO support to hedge funds and private equity clients, managing financial operations, reporting, and collaboration with auditors, administrators, and service providers. Qualifications

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with CPA designation preferred.
• You bring 4+ years of experience in the alternative investment management industry, with public accounting experience considered a plus.
• You demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task.
• You thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments as a hard‑working, self‑starter who is dedicated, punctual, and personable.
• You possess strong accounting and analytical skills, problem‑solving ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in QuickBooks, OpenAir, Bill.com, and Expensify as an advantage.
