Audax Private Debt in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Finance Associate to lead financial reporting and fund-level accounting for multiple Private Debt funds. You will collaborate with Investor Relations, CLO, FP&A, Tax and deal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting and compliance.
The role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, support external auditors, prepare MD&A, capital calls, distributions, and investor materials.
The position is responsible for the financial reporting and accounting for Audax Private Debt based in Boston. The Senior Finance Associate is a key contributor to the Private Debt process and is responsible for the compliance and control processes related to several Private Debt Funds.
Private Debt invests in debt securities of middle market companies backed by private equity sponsors via a variety of different investment vehicles. The candidate will work closely with the Investor Relations, CLO, FP&A, Tax and Private Debt Deal teams.

As Audax Private Debt continues to grow, the position will evolve with the direction of the business’ needs.
For Massachusetts: The base salary range for this position is $99,000- $140,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
