Mirana Ventures, the venture capital arm of Bybit, is seeking a Senior Associate/Principal to lead its foundational US investments from New York City. The role focuses on DeFi, stablecoins, and tokenized capital markets with a $100M subfund and collaboration with co-investors.

You will own the investment cycle from sourcing to post-investment support, bridging US startups with Asian ecosystems and leveraging Mantle's networks for distribution.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience investing in crypto or fintech at a venture fund, or a proven track record as a top-tier operator or angel scout.
• Deep domain expertise in financial infrastructure, tokenized capital markets, on-chain credit protocols, and payments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to source proprietary deal flow and run diligence independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and lead 10–12 direct investments per year across DeFi, stablecoins, payments, and programmable money.
• Own the full investment process end-to-end: founder engagement, due diligence, closing, and post-investment support.
• Bridge US-based startups with the Asian crypto ecosystem using Bybit's and Mantle's networks.
