Job summary

Infinite Roar, Publicis Media's fastest-growing agency, seeks a Senior Associate, Planning in Chicago to assist in developing media plans and strategic presentations. You will coordinate tasks across multiple accounts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze audience data to guide strategies.

You will own media Flowcharts and ensure alignment with MAFs, while resolving issues proactively and communicating clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• 1.5-2+ years media planning experience.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with media research tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of media plans and strategic presentations.
• Manage tasks across multiple accounts and campaigns with efficiency and attention to detail.

• Build foundational expertise in the media planning and buying process, including the role of various media channels.
• Strive for proficiency in media research tools, software, and competitive marketplace knowledge.
• Responsible for standard draft billing process (frequency, billing formula, client billing requirements/codes)

Overview

The Senior Associate, Planning assists the planning team in selecting media channels and programs based on the established strategic media approach. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the media plan Flowchart, cross-functional team collaboration, and Budget Management.

• Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools (e.g. GLP/Media Tools, MediaRadar, Clear Decisions, Media Ocean (Prisma, MBOX))

Compensation Range: USD $50,000.00 - USD $60,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
