Job Description

Role Overview: The Senior Associate, Partnership Marketing & Strategy, will play a pivotal role in developing marketing platforms and proposals for the HS&E Properties and IP group. This position supports new business efforts, upsells, and renewals by working closely with the sales team to craft innovative marketing solutions for prospective and existing partners. The role involves leading all aspects of Partner Solutions, including conceptualization, platform development, presentation scripting, meeting collateral, and research/analytics integration. It is a creative role focused on innovation and solutions-oriented strategies to drive revenue and enhance partner engagement across Horizon Sports & Experiences’ properties. The candidate will support the sales team and coordinate with stakeholders to bring partner objectives to life, aiming for impactful, revenue-generating solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead internal brainstorms and develop innovative partnership solutions in collaboration with sales teams.
  2. Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling partnership narratives and sales materials.
  3. Manage prioritization of strategic and creative requests, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation.
  4. Support the sales team with recap and renewal materials.
  5. Participate in partner and prospect meetings to pitch ideas and provide platform context.
  6. Respond to inbound client RFPs proactively.
  7. Identify new creative opportunities and revenue solutions for HS&E properties and clients.
  8. Assist in developing sponsorship materials with Property Partners.
  9. Create foundational property decks in collaboration with creative, strategy, and sales teams.
Candidate Profile:
  1. At least 3 years of experience in integrated marketing, sponsorship, sales, strategic partnerships, or related roles within agencies or sports leagues.
  2. Proven leadership and innovation in Sports, Media, and Live Events sectors.
  3. Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and narrative crafting skills.
  4. Strategic mindset with expertise in aligning brand objectives to revenue growth.
  5. Digital proficiency with social media, branded content, and emerging technologies.
  6. Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail.
  7. Collaborative team player capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
  8. Fluent in PowerPoint; familiar with design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
  9. Experience using research and data to craft sales narratives.
  10. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  11. Knowledge of industry trends and subject matter expertise.
  12. Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Salary Range:
