The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking a Senior Associate for Organizational Development to design, deliver and maintain learning programs. You will work with subject-matter experts to deliver courses, manage logistics, and track outcomes to support career growth across OCC.

As a Senior Associate on OCC’s Organizational Development (OD) team, you will apply your excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills to support learning and development and career-growth programs across the organization. This role will be responsible for utilizing best practices while developing, delivering, and maintaining learning and development programs, and ensuring that participant completion and timelines are met. This individual will work closely with the OD team to deliver assigned learning programs and support tracking of program outcomes.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
