The role is open in multiple offices nationwide, with at least six years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience, including disclosures and M&A related plans.

Candidates will handle matters with significant client contact, work independently and as part of a team, and bring strong academics and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
• Experience with public company executive compensation disclosures, employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.
• Knowledge of tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
• Experience with executive employment and severance arrangements, and equity and non-equity incentive plans.

Responsibilities

• Significant client contact and responsibility for handling matters.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
