Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3–5 years of health plan compliance or regulatory experience.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or ACA programs.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory research and translate requirements into operational guidance.
• Analyze health plan data, policies, procedures, and operations for compliance.
• Develop clear, concise deliverables: workpapers, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate project workstreams and timelines with engagement leaders.
