Job summary

Ankura is seeking a Senior Associate to support client engagements across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid managed care, and ACA programs. You will conduct regulatory research, analyze health plan data and operations, and develop findings, workpapers, reports, and presentations for diverse stakeholder groups.

You will translate CMS guidance and state requirements into practical operational actions, manage defined workstreams, and mentor junior staff while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Approximately 3–5 years of health plan compliance or related experience.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid programs, or ACA programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory research on federal and state requirements for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid managed care, and ACA programs.
• Interpret CMS guidance and state contracts to assess impact on health plan operations.
• Review policies, procedures, reports, and data to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze regulatory issues, identify gaps or risks, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Develop workpapers, findings, reports, and client-ready presentations.
• Own defined workstreams and manage timelines with project managers and engagement leaders.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to practice development and maintain client confidentiality.
