Senior Associate Marketing Automation Specialist | Retail Bank

Job Overview

Capital One’s Retail Bank is seeking a Senior Associate Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, building, and launching multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar tools. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure customer journeys meet business needs and utilize SFMC’s full capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, configure, and execute campaigns across email, display, direct mail, digital, SMS, and social channels.
2. Analyze platform metrics and system health, focusing on data, automations, and campaign performance.
3. Collaborate with engineering to enable integrations and resolve issues.
4. Partner with marketing teams to implement best practices in journey design.
5. Gather requirements using Scrum methodologies.

• Experience with SFMC modules like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Advertising Studio.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
