Job summary

Bitget is seeking a Senior Associate Operations to support US futures, digital-asset, and equity back-offices. You will own trade flow management, margin monitoring, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting while ensuring readiness for new product launches.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to define requirements and drive scalable, well-controlled solutions in a fast-paced environment and with an eye on regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or fintech operations with trade operations, margin, reconciliation, or regulatory reporting focus.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle in regulated markets (clearing, settlement, margining, position reconciliation).
• Experience supporting product launches, requirements gathering, and go-live stabilization.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve back-office operations across core workflows (trade flow, position, margin, reconciliation, reporting).
• Own trade lifecycle exception management end-to-end, with SLAs, KPIs, dashboards, and incident handling.
• Ensure clearing operations comply with regulatory requirements; support audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, and external partners to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead operational readiness for new product launches: requirements, UAT, playbooks, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Identify and implement automation and tooling to reduce manual work and improve scalability and control.

What you'll do

The Operations team supports across US futures, digital-asset, and equity by managing back-office operations including trade flow management, position management, margin monitoring, internal reporting, regulatory reporting, and business analytics. As a Senior Associate Operation Team, you'll work on exception management and operational readiness for new product launches, ensuring our operation infrastructure scales reliably while meeting regulatory expectations.

This role requires knowledge of trade processes, margining, risk, reconciliation, and exchange regulations, particularly within U.S. markets.

• Own and continuously improve back-office operations across core workflows, including trade flow management, position management, margin monitoring, reconciliation and balancing, internal reporting, regulatory reporting support, and business analytics.
• Own trade lifecycle exception management end-to-end, including monitoring and reporting frameworks (SLAs, KPIs, dashboards), incident triage, investigation, escalation, resolution, and implementation of durable fixes.
• Ensure clearing operations comply with applicable CFTC, NFA, exchange, and other regulatory requirements. Support regulatory reporting, audits, examinations, and responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, and external partners to define requirements, influence roadmap priorities, and translate business needs into practical, scalable, and well-controlled solutions.
• Lead operational readiness for new product launches, including requirements definition, UAT and test case design, operating playbooks, cutover planning, go-live support, and post-launch stabilization.
• Identify and implement automation, tooling, and process improvements to reduce operational friction, minimize manual work, and improve scalability and control.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in financial services or fintech operations, with relevant FCM, broker-dealer, clearing, or listed derivatives experience and a strong focus on trade operations, margin, reconciliation, or exception management.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle in regulated financial markets, including clearing, settlement, margining, position reconciliation, delivery, and default management across listed futures, options on futures, and/or prediction markets.
• Demonstrated experience supporting product launches and operational readiness, including requirements gathering, UAT execution, playbook development, go-live support, and post-launch stabilization.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with experience working effectively with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
• Working knowledge of listed derivatives products and market structure, with an interest in digital assets, blockchain, and cryptocurrency markets.
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly, with appropriate human oversight, to produce business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
