PwC is seeking a Senior Associate - Managed Services - EPM Oracle Cloud to engage with clients, analyze needs, implement Oracle solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration. You will contribute to Digital Core Modernisation, focusing on optimizing client operations and building strong client connections.

In this role you will mentor teams, manage projects, and help clients achieve strategic objectives while embracing evolving technologies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to develop training materials.

The Opportunity As a Senior Associate - Managed Services - EPM Oracle Cloud, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth. In this role, you will be part of a team that specializes in business application consulting, providing consulting services across various Oracle applications. Your versatile knowledge will enable you to assist clients in optimizing their operations and achieving their goals. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards.

What You Must Have

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
• Developing training materials for enterprise software implementations
• Embracing change and emerging technologies in client projects

Salary

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
