Job summary

PwC seeks a Senior Associate to lead Managed Services for SCM Oracle Cloud. You will own functional areas, manage service delivery against SLAs, and coordinate updates and trainings for client teams.

This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, process standardization, and transition of knowledge across business and IT groups. You will mentor teams, refine processes, and contribute to successful Oracle implementations across diverse industries in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or Oracle implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM and related modules is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own Oracle Cloud SCM functional ownership across modules (Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, Inventory, Order Management).
• Deliver service with adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Analyze client needs and implement Oracle software solutions effectively.
• Coordinate Oracle quarterly updates, testing, and production readiness.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Associate - Managed Services - SCM Oracle Cloud, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Oracle Cloud SCM functional ownership (Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, Inventory, Order Management, Product Management, etc., as applicable)

Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning - Optional

• Service delivery management with adherence to SLAs and KPIs


• Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively


• Oracle quarterly update assessment, impact analysis, testing coordination, and production readiness


• Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications


• Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients


• Developing training materials to enhance client understanding of Oracle systems


• Implementing technology solutions to support client business objectives


• Engaging in business process modeling to improve client workflows


• Managing systems projects to align with client strategic goals


• Incident, problem, and change management governance


• Stakeholder management and coordination with business, IT, and offshore support teams

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree


• At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems


• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM


• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems


• Developing training materials for enterprise software implementations


• Embracing change and emerging technologies in client projects


• Managing systems project management with a focus on process standardization


• Excelling in business process modeling and enterprise integration

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
