Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design development and delivered work.
• Experience leading projects and design teams across multiple stages.
• Excellent knowledge of landscape materials, planting, construction and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design development of landscape architecture projects from early concept through detailed design and construction.
• Establish clear design vision, principles and narratives for projects.
• Develop and communicate proposals through drawings, presentations, models and visualisations.
• Lead and mentor project teams with clear creative direction and feedback.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, engineers, ecologists, artists and consultants.
• Ensure projects respond to context, ecology, climate, biodiversity and sustainability.
• Oversee design quality and consistency through all project stages.
• Contribute to project strategy, programming, resourcing and fee management.
• Support development of junior designers through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
