InvestX is seeking an experienced capital raiser to originate and develop relationships with family offices, HNW investors, RIAs, and institutional allocators across private market opportunities. This senior IC role partners with leadership to drive growth through fundraising across SPVs and funds.
You'll travel US/Canada as needed and manage investor meetings, due diligence, and onboarding, while building a durable, multi-year investor pipeline.
InvestX launched in 2014 and is a late-stage venture fund investing out of Fund 5. With over US$700 million in investments and 35+ portfolio companies including Palantir, Anthropic, SpaceX, Airbnb, SoFi, Spotify, DocuSign, and many more, we work with leading North American wealth management firms and family office clients to offer multi-position and single-purpose funds.

We're seeking an experienced capital raiser who understands how family offices and sophisticated investors allocate capital.
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for originating and developing relationships with family offices, high-net-worth investors, RIAs, multifamily offices, and institutional allocators while raising capital across InvestX's private market investment platform.
You’ll represent differentiated investment opportunities in some of the world's most sought-after private technology companies while partnering directly with senior leadership to help drive the firm's next phase of growth.
Success in this role requires someone who is entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and comfortable building long-term investor relationships from first introduction through commitment and ongoing portfolio support.
Location: United States – Remote, or Hybrid (3 days in office) New York
You naturally build trust with sophisticated investors and enjoy developing relationships that last for years, not just one fundraising cycle.
You understand how family offices evaluate private market investments, ask thoughtful questions, and make allocation decisions.
You enjoy opening new doors, creating opportunities, and building a pipeline through both your existing network and proactive business development.
You're equally comfortable discussing investment strategy in a boardroom, presenting at an investor event, or following up with a prospective investor after an initial introduction.
InvestX welcomes applications from all qualified candidates, including women, persons with disabilities, Aboriginal peoples, Indigenous peoples, visible minorities, and individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. Reasonable accommodation for applicants with disabilities is available upon request in connection with the recruitment process.
