Job Description

The Portfolio Management Group at Dimensional is responsible for overseeing investment offerings and implementing investment philosophy. The Investment Stewardship group focuses on proxy voting policies, engaging with portfolio companies, researching governance issues, and communicating investment stewardship approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency and collaborate with stakeholders to develop tools and implement processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and training on tools and processes.
• Execute operational proxy voting tasks to ensure accurate and timely voting.
• Provide accurate data for internal reports, public reporting, regulatory filings, RFPs, and client questionnaires.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate team environment, preferably in financial services
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Ability to produce high-quality reports for internal and external distribution
• Experience working with various stakeholders, including technology teams

Desired Qualifications
